Sit-ups is important not only to show off a flat stomach but because they guide and shaft are essential to prevent back pain and neck posture. In particular back pain are treated with specific exercises and in this sense if there are no other problems it is best to do sit-ups. By strengthening the abdominals is achieved a better position because they are the ones that help strengthen the lumbar muscles to avoid deviations or bending.
