One of the things I do not like the Camel back is you never know how much water you have left. In short workouts is very important, but on open roads and long runs is always good to know and monitor how it goes hydration.
Flow Meter is a system that will soon be available and that will tell us how much water we have. Can also be programmed to continue our rate of hydration. It may seem too much technology only for hydration, but surely this is very useful for some athletes. (more…)
