I am a little reluctant to fitness games for the Wii, will defend the gym and the personal attention of the monitor, but that does not to consider that games for the Wii fitness improve. The customization is increasing and includes nutritional advice and execution of movement, something that was missing in the past.

If you think about it we went from hitting forehand aimlessly with Wii Sport (soreness and Wii it is included), a work plan based on age, weight, physical condition and goals to achieve, as in the case of my body coach.

Not that the weights that brings the game My body coach will revolutionize your body, and weighing only 0.5 kg, but at least help you learn many exercises and develop a basic routine of toning.

What I liked about this game fitness is the introduction of the nutrition section. Normally when you want to lose weight or care the figure, diet and exercise go hand in hand. Until now, there was a common view in these games diets were more action and exercises.

Although we all know how difficult it is to customize a diet, at least the game can give us basic guidelines on foods or combination of healthy foods, that is something to be welcomed.

We can also choose the type of music, room, or cardiovascular exercise and toning. The warming is also basic to the exercise and what we have here; more indicative of this is well under way.
