Include in our daily diet and nutritious food satisfying, balanced distribution of the key to maintaining a healthy weight.

We all know that making five meals a day is optimal, however, when planning the menu, snacks mid-morning or late afternoon are the most “problematic” because we do not know what to eat to satisfy our appetite just right.

Smoothies, juices and wines that provide vitamins and satiety may be the best snack or a great accompaniment to our meals.
